*Josh McKinley has been a police officer in the state of Minnesota for 10 years and an investigator since January of 2019.
**Ryan Burns has been with Corcoran Police Department for 26 years. He currently oversees the department operations which includes, patrol officers, detective, K9, and Volunteer Police Reserves.
***Tim Henry has worked with financial institutions and their customers for over 20 years in the areas of fraud and identity theft. He is a consultant for over 350 community banks nationwide on solutions and best practices in combating identity theft and fraud.
